8TH PLACE:

Yet another peculiar piece from A24, “The Green Knight” wows with its eerie story, beautiful visuals, and chilling performances. I really enjoyed watching this Arthurian tale unfold, and found myself scratching my head quite a bit at the overly-stylistic moments. Dev Patel is fantastic, as are his co-stars (namely Alicia Vikander). Too bad it can’t surpass its foes.
