IN THE DIRECTOR’S CHAIR WITH WES ANDERSON RESULTS:

It’s with a sad heart that I conclude this marathon, having now seen all of Wes Anderson’s work (aside from a few short films he made). But, like all movies, I can rewatch his material, and plan to for years to come. Anderson’s style is one of the most iconic, and was seen being molded with these four releases. With that said, he is not everyone’s cup of tea. His quirky, witty, odd way of storytelling is something unique, and while a lot of film enthusiasts enjoy it, I haven’t found many casual popcorngoers who do. As if any of that really matters though; these films are awesome and I implore you all to check them out. It was a pleasure to finally see them.
