2nd Place:

After a long fought battle, “The Lighthouse” (2019) comes in second. It’s a masterful genre piece, touting some of the best chemistry I have seen all year as well as cinematography. This is a beautiful piece of cinema that is certainly an oddball with its dialogue and storyline. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but even though it placed second, I highly recommend it.
