MOVIE OF THE YEAR WINNER:

Well, it took a while to get this post out there, but I got completely swamped with work and couldn’t find time to send this out until now. Congratulations to “Bad Times at the El Royale” for winning 2018’s Movie of the Year! While it does have its flaws, “Bad Times” was by far the funnest experience I had at the theater. This film seemed tailored to me, with tons of mystery, interesting characters, and fun cinematography to make a compact, thrilling experience to behold. Plus, the music choice and time ara was fantastic, as I am a big fan of the 60s style. “Bad Times at the El Royale” isn’t for everyone, but for the Juicy Reviewer, it’s a must-see.
