BEST FILM SCORE WINNER:

Another tough race, but I had to go with “Last Samurai.” Hans Zimmer’s score immerses you into the story of 1800’s Japan, with several elements and tools that exhudes Japanese heritage. It’s beautiful, and I’ve found myself listening to it more than all the other nominees. If you are into film scores, I’d definitely give this one a go!
