BEST ANIMATED FILM WINNER:

It’s no surprise that a Wes Anderson film came out on top, and while “Isle of Dogs” isn’t his best work, the animated feature out-shined in the animation category, with beautiful stop-motion work, awesome voice acting, and an original concept that made for an engaging story.
