7th Place:
It’s not everyday you come across a film that takes its time to unravel to elegant cinematography and aesthetics. “Midnight in Paris” was a great experience, crafted with an original story that brings an interesting and relatable main character to life. It’s one of Owen Wilson’s best performances, and marks the first Woody Allen film I’ve seen (that he’s directed). As you can tell, it didn’t make the final cut, but that shouldn’t stop you from checking it out.
We are drawing closer and closer to the victor.
