WORST VILLAIN WINNER:

This villain did absolutely nothing in “Paul Blart: Mall Cop 2.” All Vincent did was try to steal Blart’s family just like the pervious bad guy attempted to in the last film, resulting in a failure due to freaking oatmeal lotion. Why was the villain allergic to oatmeal!? Now, that would have been funny if the villain actually did something in this movie or if “Mall Cop 2” was good.
