october movie rankings

Compared to the Summer months and even last month, October has seemed to lack in a high number of reviews. I was able to get in a marathon this month, but the tally isn’t how I wanted it to be. I hope to get more reviews posted next month, but it is all about time. Either way, I had a good time this month. I got to relive “Back to the Future,” see some festive films for Halloween, and even saw some great releases. Read on to find out who won:

october 1

#10- “It Follows”
60%= Burnt Popcorn
Pros: Original, good acting for a horror, some great directing shots, good special effects, and can be eerie at times.
Cons: The ending is trash, the film’s premise is disgusting, turns to nonsense towards the end, and the soundtrack is obnoxious.

#9- “Pixels”
64%= Burnt Popcorn
Pros: Some characters were funny, some scenes are enjoyable, good special effects, and okay acting.
Cons: Stale jokes for the most part, full of nonsense, hollow characters, and thrown together story.

october 2
