Were some of those nominees deserving to be selected? No. You know who was though? Nicolas Cage. Honestly, Cage was the best part of 2017’s “Mom and Dad,” but that does not excuse his hilariously atrocious performance. I had no clue what this film was, nor the level of seriousness the filmmaker had. Regardless, Nic Cage was handed an awful role and played it the only way he knew best…
