I remember when I got to this specific scene in “Predator” and all I could think of was how bloated the exploding compound actually was. I mean, violence and utter chaos leaked from this sequence, and the many explosions was just the cherry on top. Here is the scene (it takes until around the 3 minute mark for the explosions to begin):
