WORST ENDING WINNER:

I had “It Follows” marked down for worst ending on my paper, but once I got to creating the picture, I couldn’t help but wonder about “Into the Woods.” I zoned out throughout the duration of that film, but I do remember certain things. One was that it felt like it was going to end towards the middle, but a new story arc came to play (no reason for it) and the other was that the ending threw away several character arcs out the window. I’m not always wanting a happy ending, but this movie seemed like it tried incredibly hard to make a sad ending that only made me hate the film more.
