FRIDAY NIGHT MOVIE REVIEW: Tonight, I got to see the movie, “Struck by Lightning” starring Chris Colfer (Glee), Rebel Wilson (Pitch Perfect, Bridesmaids), Christina Hendricks (Mad Men), Dermot Mulroney (The Grey, Big Miracle), Allison Janney (Hairspray (2007), Over the Hedge), Angela Kinsey (The Office, License to Wed), Sarah Hyland (Modern Family), and Carter Jenkins (Aliens in the Attic). It is about a senior in high school named Carson Philips (Colfer) who tells his story of his weeks in high school just before he is later struck by lightning and killed. He is the head of a failing writers club with dreams of becoming famous in journalism. He soon wanted to make a literary magazine and to do that he will need people to send in entries of literature for it to be published and since no one will do it, he blackmails a handful of teens to get them to write a piece of literature for his magazine. I really liked it for its funniness, but it was sad at how he was killed by lightning (I mean it says it in the title). I recommend this to anyone! FINAL SCORE: 80%= Juicy Popcorn
